Jamco Suspension Policies
Please make sure the parts you are ordering are correct for the vehicle you are working on. If you are un-sure please call before ordering. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items that are ordered wrong. When ordering by mail, please be sure to include year, make & model of the vehicle you are ordering for. Any additional info is good also, A/C, 2 door, 4 door, convertible... Also be sure to include a payment method. This will speed up the processing of your order.
J & M Enterprise Inc. holds the line on price as much and for as long as possible. However, due to inflation and the constant fluctuation of our economy, sometimes this cannot be done & adjustments need to be made. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
Guarantee & Warranty
J & M Enterprises guaranties everything we sell for 90 days form date of purchase, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee is void if the product has been misused, neglected, not installed properly. J & M Enterprises, at our option, will replace or refund any product we find defective as described above.
A shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders shipped. We ship FedEx (in most cases) FedEx will not ship to a PO box. All order must have a physical shipping address. Shipping charges must be on all prepaid orders. If mailing in an order and paying by check, be sure to get a shipping quote before mailing it in. This will speed up the processing of your order.
Damage & Shipping Claims
Please be sure to inspect your shipment in the presence of the carrier at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or that your package has been opened, you must file a claim with the carrier. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier (FedEx) within 48 hours of delivery of the shipment. Any shortages not the result of the carrier must be reported to Jamco within 5 day of delivery of the shipment. No exceptions will be made.
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 day of receipt. No returns will be made after 30 days. No exceptions. Customer must receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before retuning any product. Customer must call, write or fax to request an RMA #. All return product must include copy of original invoice along with a reason it is being returned. RMA # must be written clearly on the return box near the shipping label. All returned merchandise must be free of defect & in re-saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No COD returns will be accepted. There are no returns on special order parts, electrical items, printed material or shipping costs.
All California residents must include 8.00% state sales tax on all orders. If you are in the automotive industry or have a California state business tax number, be sure to include a completed tax card with your order.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover credit cards. We also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks (held 10 days) Cashier’s Checks and PayPal. Orders paid by credit card, money order and PayPal will ship out immediately as long as the items are in stock. . All checks will be held 10 day for funds to clear. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
